Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@regallondon.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If your item is not damaged and was delivered correctly, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Customised or personalised products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit cheque, which can be used exclusively for purchases within our store.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the credit cheque to be issued.
