If you used your Phone Number instead of an email address at checkout, you might not receive an order confirmation email.

If needed, contact our Customer Support with the email address you would like linked to your order. This way, you'll receive your shipping updates, including your tracking number.

Order processing usually takes between 1 to 3 Business Days after you place your order, depending on current demand and stock availability.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Shipping to the UK typically takes 5–10 working days once your order has been processed.
